Term of Services
1. Introduction
Maia Digital Network (“Maia Digital Network”, “we”, “us”) provides digital marketing and web development services (“Services”) to you (“Client”, “you”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Maia Digital Network and the Client in the use of the Services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

4. Fees and Payment
The fees for the Services will be determined based on the project and scope of work. The Client is required to pay the fees for the Services in advance or in accordance with a written agreement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all materials created by Maia Digital Network within the scope of the Services belong to Maia Digital Network. The Client is only granted the right to use such materials for the agreed purpose or with an agreed-upon agreement.
Agreements regarding intellectual property rights must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
6. Confidentiality
Maia Digital Network and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of information and data shared during the Service process.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maia Digital Network is not responsible for:
- Losses or damages caused by the Client’s negligence.
- Disruption or failure of the Services caused by factors beyond Maia Digital Network’s control.
- The accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Client.
8. Termination of Service
Maia Digital Network has the right to terminate the Service if the Client:
- Breaches these Terms.
- Fails to pay the fees for the Services.
- Engages in illegal or harmful activities.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through mutual agreement. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through the competent court in Jakarta, Indonesia.
10. Other Provisions
Maia Digital Network reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The Client is required to read and understand any changes to these Terms.
